01 / ABOUT

Less juggling.
More exploring.

Travel planning has enough moving parts. Travel Manager connects what you want to do, what you still need to decide, and what you have already booked.

Every trip, organized

Keep multiple trips in one library instead of spreading plans across files and tabs.

Plan → Decide → Commit

Compare options and follow each booking from idea to confirmation.

See who goes where

Understand destinations, transportation, and traveler assignments in the route view.

Costs in context

Review planned and recorded expenses, including eligible credits where supported.

02 / HOW TO USE

From idea to itinerary.
One step at a time.

No complicated setup. Start with an empty trip or bring your existing Travel Manager for Mac JSON v2 export.

01

Create or import a trip

Name a trip and add your first destination with dates, or import a compatible JSON v2 file from your Mac.

02

Make the plan yours

Build your itinerary, connect transportation, compare options, and record booking progress as details take shape.

03

Review and save

Track costs and outstanding decisions. Export your trip as JSON for a portable backup and future use.

03 / PRIVACY FIRST

Your plans stay
in your hands.

Trip details are handled locally in the web app. Active trips live in the browser tab; edited local backups can be stored in this browser's IndexedDB. No account or automatic cloud sync is required.

Local browser storage is not encrypted by Travel Manager and may be cleared. Export JSON regularly to keep a portable copy.

04 / QUESTIONS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Have a question or an idea? Write to contact@alcha.app.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The current web workspace does not require account registration or a sign-in.

Can I start a new trip on the web?

Yes. Open the web workspace, choose New trip, and add destinations and dates as you plan.

Can I import my trip from Travel Manager for Mac?

Yes. Export a compatible TravelManager JSON v2 file on your Mac and use Import trip JSON in the web workspace. There is no automatic device sync.

Where is my trip information stored?

Open trips are kept in the browser tab's memory. Edited draft backups may be saved in this browser's IndexedDB; they are not encrypted. The web app does not upload your trip file to a server.

Will my trips still be there after I close the tab?

Do not rely on open-tab data persisting after a reload or tab close. Local draft backups can be restored from Local backups where available. Export JSON to protect your plans.

Can Travel Manager book hotels or flights for me?

No. It organizes your plans and booking records. Make and verify reservations with the actual provider.

Does it convert currencies automatically?

No live exchange rate service is used. Where supported, you can record a manual exchange-rate snapshot to help review costs.

Where can I send feedback?

Send an email to contact@alcha.app. Please avoid sending passwords, full payment details, or confidential booking information.
